Luckora has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards explain what is prohibited, the safeguards built into the service, and how to report a concern.
01 Scope and minimum age
Luckora is intended for users aged 13 or older, or the higher minimum age required in their region. Luckora is a private creative tool and does not provide a public social feed, public user profiles, or direct messaging between users.
These standards apply to all content and activity handled through Luckora, including profile photos, generated images, share links, report descriptions, and support communications.
02 Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Luckora prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This prohibition applies to real, synthetic, edited, illustrated, animated, or AI-generated content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a person under 18.
CSAM is illegal. Luckora must not be used to create, upload, store, request, share, promote, or facilitate access to such material.
03 Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sexualized depictions of minors or content that presents minors in a sexually exploitative context.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, coercion, trafficking, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
- Requests, links, instructions, or attempts to obtain, distribute, trade, or conceal CSAM.
- Using profile, report, support, or sharing features to threaten, exploit, identify, or endanger a child.
- Attempts to evade safety controls or interfere with a child safety investigation.
04 Safety safeguards
Luckora uses a fixed set of positive wish themes rather than unrestricted free-text image prompts. The app also provides an in-app reporting mechanism for generated images, limits social interaction, and reviews reports that may violate our standards.
No technical system is perfect. We use reports and service reviews to improve safeguards and respond to content that should not appear in Luckora. Read more in our Content & AI Safety policy.
05 Reporting child safety concerns
In the app: open the generated image, tap the flag icon, choose the most relevant reason, and submit the report with any necessary details.
By email: contact contactus@toosweetapp.com with the subject “Luckora Child Safety Report”. Include only the information needed to locate and assess the issue, such as an account email, image identifier, or share link.
Do not download, copy, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
06 How we respond
We review child safety reports and take action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Actions may include removing content or share links, restricting or terminating access, preserving relevant records, improving safeguards, and reporting suspected illegal material or conduct to appropriate authorities when required.
Luckora complies with applicable child safety laws and legally required reporting obligations. We may cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations in response to valid legal requests or when otherwise required by law.
