Why do you need my birth details? Your birth date, time, and place are used only to personalize your profile and images. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
What are the lucky images for? They're AI-generated artwork made for fun, reflection, and good vibes — not professional advice.
How often can I make a wish? A fresh wish becomes available each day, so there's always a reason to come back.
03 Account & deletion
You can manage your profile and security from Me → Account security. To delete your account, go to Me → Account security → Delete account and confirm — this permanently removes your profile, birth details, and generated images from your account.
If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@luckoraapp.com from your registered address, and we'll process it for you.
04 Reporting an image
If an AI-generated image ever feels unsafe, wrong, or uncomfortable, use the Report option on the image to let us know. Your reports help us keep Luckora a kind and positive little space.
