These Terms of Service govern your use of Luckora. Please read them carefully before using the app. By using Luckora, you agree to these terms.
01 Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Luckora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02 Using the app
Luckora is a personal tool for creating lucky images for entertainment and inspiration. You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required to use an online service in your region. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not create an account or use Luckora.
You agree to use Luckora lawfully and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
03 Subscriptions & payments
Luckora offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Luckora Premium. Subscription products, billing periods, prices, currencies, introductory offers, and included features are displayed in the app and by the applicable store before you confirm a purchase. A free tier with limited features may be available without a purchase.
Purchases may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and platform. Payment is charged to the applicable store account when you confirm the purchase. Luckora does not receive your full payment card or bank account details.
Auto-renewal. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically in accordance with the terms displayed by the applicable store. Renewal pricing and timing are shown by the store and may vary by country or region.
Managing and canceling your subscription. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the subscription settings of Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the Luckora app or your Luckora account does not cancel an active subscription. You should cancel any active subscription before requesting account deletion.
Refunds. Purchases, renewals, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store terms and applicable law. Except where the store or applicable law provides otherwise, Luckora does not directly issue refunds for purchases processed by an app store.
04 Your content
You retain rights to the personal details and wishes you provide. You are responsible for the requests you make and the images you generate. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your inputs and deliver your lucky images back to you.
05 AI-generated images
Lucky images are generated by AI for personal, entertainment use only. They are creative artwork — not professional advice of any kind. Please don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions.
06 Acceptable use
When using Luckora, you agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Submit content that infringes the rights of others.
- Request, create, upload, store, save, share, distribute, solicit, or link to child sexual abuse material, including edited, synthetic, computer-generated, or AI-generated material.
- Engage in or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or any conduct that endangers a child.
- Attempt to evade or interfere with safety safeguards, reporting systems, content review, or lawful investigations.

07 Termination
You may request deletion of your account from Me → Account security → Delete account or through our Account & Data Deletion page. Associated personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and deletion page, including limited lawful retention exceptions.
Account deletion does not cancel an active app-store subscription. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if these terms or our Child Safety Standards are violated, or where action is reasonably necessary to protect users, children, the service, or comply with law.
08 Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Luckora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
09 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
