Luckora creates your lucky images with AI. This page explains how AI is used, what content isn't allowed, and how you can report anything that feels unsafe, offensive, or wrong.
01 AI-generated images
Every lucky image in Luckora is generated by AI from the wish theme you choose and your profile details. These images are creative interpretations meant to inspire and delight — they are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
02 Our content standards
We design Luckora to stay safe and positive. The following are not allowed, either in the requests you make or the images we generate:
- Hateful or abusive content — harassment, hate, or content that demeans a person or group.
- Sexual or unsafe content — adult, exploitative, or graphic material.
- Personal data misuse — content that exposes or targets someone's private information.
- Illegal or harmful content — anything unlawful or that promotes harm.
03 Reporting an image
If a generated image feels unsafe, offensive, or wrong, you can report it in seconds. Open the image — on the result screen right after it's created, or from any image in your Lucky History — tap the flag icon, pick a reason, and add optional details. Your report is private.
04 How we review reports
Reported images are sent to our moderation and support team for review. When content breaks the standards above, we take action — which may include removing the image and strengthening our safeguards. We aim to review reported content promptly, typically within 24 hours.
05 Blocking unsafe requests
Luckora doesn't accept free-text prompts — you choose from a fixed set of positive wish themes, so the app can't be asked to create unsafe or disallowed content. No system is perfect, which is exactly why reporting matters: it helps us catch and act on anything that feels wrong.
06 Your controls
You're in control of your content. You can delete any generated image from your Lucky History at any time, and you can delete your account and its associated data from your account settings.
